Orders placed with Kates Design will ship within 5-7 business days.
Please note; all orders are processed subject to pending inventory availability. *Shipping timelines are not guaranteed, however you will be contacted via email should your purchase be delayed.
At this time, Kates Design does not ship internationally.
If you wish to cancel an order placed on our website please notify Kates Design at 646-872-3850 or email katesdesignyc@gmail.com as early as possible.
Kates Design is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
RETURN POLICY
Merchandise must be returned within 30 days.
The merchandise must be returned in the exact condition in which it was shipped in order to receive a refund.
Final Sale items may not be returned.

Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed. You will receive a confirmation by email when your return or exchange is complete.
SALES TAX
All items shipped to addresses in New York State will be charged sales tax.
EXCHANGES / REPAIRS / SIZING
Exchanges/Repairs/ Sizing Changes may be requested within 15 days of receiving your order.
Repairs will be made to merchandise damaged as the result of normal wear.
